Returns Policy
We are committed to delighting our customers with the best tasting and highest quality products. Given health & food safety compliance management, we are unable to accept returns of perishable products purchased on our site.
For non-food products, we value your feedback and if we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please provide our customer happiness team with details of the issue so we can investigate, by emailing hello@popkarn.com. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If you wish to cancel or change your order after placing it please email us at hello@popkarn.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and our customer happiness team will do their best to accommodate. Any order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled, so we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled.
If there are any issues when you receive your order or if you have not received your order in the delivery time frame, please contact our customer happiness team at hello@popkarn.com. Please note, all issues must be raised within 90 days of placing the order.
